Lyra ETK · Naturactis®

One implant architecture. Every clinical indication.

Soft bone. Dense bone. Post-extraction sockets. Immediate loading. The aesthetic zone. Sub-sinus placements. Naturactis® is the implant that does not ask you to choose — a single titanium grade IV architecture engineered to perform across the full spectrum of cases a modern practice sees.

One stock. Not three.

A practice that treats the full range of cases typically ends up stocking three or four implant lines to cover them — each with its own drill protocol, its own prosthetic platform, its own component inventory. The result is operational complexity masquerading as clinical flexibility.

Naturactis® was designed to collapse that complexity. One architecture. One kit. One prosthetic connection — shared with Naturall+® and iBone® — that lets your full LYRA ETK inventory serve every implant in your practice.

Engineered from first principles for mechanical performance.

Every geometric decision in the Naturactis® body is oriented toward a single outcome: primary stability that holds from the moment of insertion through the full osseointegration window.

Tapered body, V-shaped threads

A tapered body with aggressive V-profile threads delivers powerful self-tapping action — reducing insertion torque loss in dense bone and expanding surgical control in softer bone.

Apical vent, flat grooved tip

A vent positioned close to the apex enhances cutting efficiency. A flat, grooved apex gives precise axial control — critical in immediate-implantation cases where the socket dictates the drilling axis.

+15% bone contact surface

The thread architecture increases the contact surface area with bone tissue by 15% compared with conventional geometries — while simultaneously reducing shear stress at the bone-implant interface.

Where Naturactis® performs.

Partial or complete edentulism. Maxilla or mandible. Soft bone, dense bone, and the unforgiving range in between. Post-extraction sockets with immediate placement. Immediate-loading protocols. Sub-sinus placements. Aesthetic-driven cases requiring sub-crestal positioning for an ideal emergence profile. Naturactis® is designed to be the implant you reach for first — in almost every case you treat.

Available in 6 diameters and 7 lengths across 5 prosthetic platforms, the range is compact by design — broad enough to cover clinical reality, narrow enough to master quickly.

An internal hex. A Morse taper. A single sealed junction.

The Naturactis® prosthetic connection combines an internal hexagonal geometry with a Morse taper — forming a mechanically sealed, anti-rotational junction between implant and abutment. The result is measurable: reduced micro-gaps at the interface, reduced screw loosening over time, and a stable platform for the peri-implant soft tissue to organize around.

Crucially, the same connection is shared across Naturactis®, Naturall+® and iBone®. Your prosthetic stock serves all three implant systems — a structural decision by LYRA ETK that pays dividends every time you place, restore, or re-order.

A surface tuned for osseointegration.

The Naturactis® surface is micro-sandblasted with titanium oxide, then acid-etched with a dual nitric and hydrofluoric protocol. The combined treatment creates a controlled micro- and nano-topography engineered to accelerate osseointegration kinetics and maximize long-term bone-to-implant contact — the metric that ultimately decides whether an implant lasts a decade or a lifetime.

The evidence is in the data, not in the marketing.

Published multicentre clinical data on Naturactis® report a 100% success rate at 12 months, across a range of bone densities and clinical indications, with consistently high primary stability measurements at insertion. The full technical and scientific dossier is available to practitioners evaluating the system.

Designed to work natively with iPhysio®.

Naturactis® integrates directly into the iPhysio® protocol. Place the implant, seat the iPhysio® component at insertion, and move through healing, impression, and provisional without disconnecting anything. Two LYRA ETK systems — one uninterrupted clinical workflow.

Adoption, not just distribution.

ARETE supports clinicians adopting Naturactis® with structured, hands-on training — the full drill sequence, surgical protocol by bone density, sub-crestal positioning for the aesthetic zone, and prosthetic handover. For practices new to the LYRA ETK platform, and for those consolidating multiple implant lines into one.
